We send our Bell trucks, fully equipped with the necessary tools and inventory, to your location. Our technicians can manage activations, installations, repairs, training and more from your location in the field so that you can focus on your business operations and can maximize the benefits of your wireless solution. In addition, if you are part of our Spare Handset program we will provide you with spare handsets. If a hardware situation arises and our Mobile services team cannot reach you quickly we will activate those spare handsets as replacement phones.
At Bell we are dedicated to helping your business operate on the go and so we have recently enhanced our Repair and Inventory Tracking System (RTIS). Now we track all hardware repairs from the moment you contact us until your device is returned to you with no shipping and handling fees. Our new RTIS allows you to choose from several repair options to meet your specific needs and to check the status and history of your repairs or delivery at any time online so that we can manage the repairs as conveniently as possible for you and your business.
