One number
With the 10-4 service, each user has one 10-digit phone number for both voice and 10-4 calling. That's only one number for the user and his or her calling groups to manage.

Advanced contact list management
Once personal or company lists are created no dialling is required. Just select an entry from the contacts in your 10-4 phone book and press the 10-4 service button to connect. Plus, you can manage personal lists and personal groups directly on your mobile phone or via the Web. Your corporate administrator can manage your company lists and company groups using an online Web tool that updates employee lists, key team lists, etc., that are then sent directly to employees' phones.
